Just Who Is This R.C. Monroe?
Just a humble cartoonist who appreciates the fact that you've stopped by. He sincerely hopes that you enjoy the comic strip. He also sincerely hopes that someday there will be enough of you enjoying it that he can quit his silly day job and work full time on Out There. Okay, it would be more likely that he would work the same amount of time on Out There that he does now, and spend the rest of the time goofing off. But still. At least it's a sincere hope.
